Flow Finders International provides a “home” for independent business service providers who offer professional support to their business clients. Our purpose is to help our Members and Associates find flow in their work so that they can achieve their own business and personal goals, while offering exceptional professional services.
Individuals who are independent providers of professional business services and who subscribe to the Flow Finders Code may apply to become a Member or Associate.
Members join a Flow Pod where they participate in a loose structure (and may choose to share resources), have a support structure and see purposeful growth of their individual businesses. They remain independent, while gaining the benefits of collaboration.
Flow Pods are closed circles of about eight Members who team up to support each other in achieving their individual goals and, if the Flow Pod operates in one location such as a city, it may choose to share resources such as office and/or meeting facilities.
Member also have access to the full Flow Finders Support System, a range of capacity building opportunities and events presented at various locations by Flow Finders International.
Associates, on the other hand, may participate in training courses and events, but do not get access to the Support System and are not Flow Pod Members (yet). They have the opportunity to interact with other Associates and Members to help in deciding which Flow Pod to join.
